Supreme Court To Deliver Judgement On Opposition’s Appeal

The appeal case brought by the opposition presidential candidates Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi against the independent national electoral commission and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the Supreme Court is set to be delivered on Thursday, October 26, 2023.

Earlier on Monday the 7-man panel, headed by Justice John Okoro had reserved Judgement on the appeal brought by the candidate of the PDP, Labour Party and APM challenging the election of President Tinubu as the duly elected President of the Nation.
