…Promises More Devt for Deltans

Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, has addressed the viral video involving the Senator representing Delta North Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Ned Nwoko, where he claimed to have discussed the Okpai Independent Power Project (IPP) with the Governor.

Oborevwori who addressed the issue while receiving the leadership of Ndokwa Neku Union, led by its President-General, Brig. Gen. Mike Ndubuisi, on a courtesy visit, disclosed that the Senator never discussed the Okpai IPP with him, noting that the only time they discussed was when the Senator came to ask for some appointments for his constituents which were granted.

He described Nwokos assertions as a lie insisting that the Senator concentrate more on his electoral position in attracting projects to the state.

Oborevwori also advised Nwoko to help in empowering the people of his constituent and interface with the people more often as he insists on tending to Federal projects for the benefit of Deltans, promising to listen and do more for the people.
