Idris Okuneye ak Bobrisky has held on to not apologizing to the Falanas’ claiming that the audio was not from him and never defamed the family; instead, Martin Otse, aka VeryDarkMan, should be held responsible.

The controversial crossdresser responded on Instagram, standing by his denial over the audio trailing his supposed time spent in prison and how he contacted Folarin Falana (Falz) to speak with his father, Femi Falana, SAN, to get a presidential pardon.

Falana and his son wrote through their lawyer for a retraction and an apology over the audio that led to a defaming of character.

However, Bobrisky held that the person who published the audio should take full responsibility for the defamation.
