The popular messaging app, WhatsApp is down, leaving millions of users unable to send or receive messages.

The problem started around 8:20 on Tuesday morning according to Down Detector and is affecting millions of users across the United Kingdom and elsewhere around the world.

Reports that users tried to access the app but found that they were unable to send or receive messages.

One of the users posted, “it’s the go-to messaging app for many people around the world, but it appears that WhatsApp is experiencing issues this morning”.

Reports are suggesting that the crash of the WhatsApp App is currently frustrating millions of users across the globe.
