University Don, Others Charged Face Terrorism Allegations In Delta State

A case of terrorism, illicit dealing of substances, gun running, and other criminal activities has been leveled against a University Don, Patrick Muoboghare, by the Delta state police command.

Patrick who is also the President General of Uwheru Kingdom in Ughelli North LGA, has been invited by the X-Squad Unit alongside Chief Macpherson Igbedi, Mr Obukohwo Ekpevwru, some community leaders in the community.

The suspects are currently under investigation as Muoboghare, a former Commissioner for Higher Education, and other invitees are to be in Asaba today, Monday, by 11 am.

The invitation was sent by Lucky Adagbon, Assistant Commissioner of Police in charge of the X-Squad Unit.

Confirming the police invitation, a community source revealed that it was not far-fetched from the internal crisis between the traditional ruler of Uwheru Kingdom and some of its leaders.
