Tribunal To Deliver Judgment On Obi, Tinubu On Wednesday

The Presidential Election Tribunal is set to deliver its judgement on the Petition filed by Mr. Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Abubakar Atiku against President Bola Tinubu.

On Wednesday, September 6, 2023, the petitions brought by the opposition parties challenging the result of President Tinubu will be delivered in Abuja.

Earlier in May it was reported that the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal merged the petitions submitted by the various political parties while giving the pre-hearing report on the petition and presenting the trial schedule.

The petition filed by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) is also set to be delivered on the same day as that of Peter Obi of the Labour Party.

In a recent report, the Tribunal had denied fixing September 16 for judgment.
