Tinubu’s Academic Records To Be Released To Atiku – US Court

The Northern district of Illinois in the United States has granted the presidential candidate of the peoples democratic party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar’s request to release the records of President Bola Tinubu from Chicago State University.

It was contained in a memorandum signed by Jeffrey Gilbert a US magistrate judge.

“This matter is before the Court on Atiku Abubakar’s Application according to 28 U.S.C. § 1782 for an Order Directing Discovery from Chicago State University for Use in a Foreign Proceeding (“Application”) [ECF No. 1]. For the reasons discussed below, the Application is granted.”
