Six Persons Confirmed Hospitalized After Abuja-Kaduna Train Derailment

In the early hours of Tuesday at about 11 a.m., a train traveling from Abuja to Kaduna derailed off its track, and six persons have been confirmed injured.

The incident, which caused commotion and panic among the passengers, has since prompted a team of rescuers to respond, and an investigation has commenced to determine the exact cause.

A statement from the Director of Public Affairs and Family Assistance at the Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau, Bimbo Olawumi Oladeji, revealed that no deaths have been recorded, only passengers who sustained injuries.
