The Restoration Agenda Group of APC has called for a reconciliation with party members who are aggrieved in the state. The body have been urged to prevail on Deputy Senate president, Ovie Omo-Agege who is the leader of APC in Delta to make other stakeholders who feel marginalised to have a new ground of standing.

At a press conference in Warri, a call was made by the group under the headship of Prof David Ejenobo from Delta State University, Abraka, that true reconcilation will make the party more strong and united.

Ejenobo and the group said it is imperative for them to figure out ways to settle the crisis that rocked the Delta state APC chapter last year, where some of their members defected to the opposition party PDP.

If something is not done then APC will not make any impact in 2023 elections or go into oblivion, that’s why the group sat down on Saturday to look for a way forward.

The party men therefore reiterated the need for urgent reconciliation, and affirmation for all members to remain steadfast, united in achieving the aims and objectives of the party in the state.
