President Tinubu Appoints Retired AIG Odumosu As EFCC Chairman

Retired Assistant Inspector General of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, has been appointed by President Bola Tinubu as the substantive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

According to sources from the presidency, the appointment of Odumosu, a former Lagos State Commissioner of Police will be announced any moment from now.

The appointment is subject to confirmation by the Senate.
