Okuama: Governor working to bring peace – Barr. Fred Majemite

A leader in the Niger Delta Region and Chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party in Delta State,  Olorogun Barr. Fred  Majemite has said that  the Governor of the State, RT. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori is doing all within his powers to bring peace to Okuama community and make sure the people of Okuama go back to their community in the nearest future.

Olorogun Fred Majemite gave this charge while speaking to newsmen at the 10th year anniversary lecture series of the Advocate Newspaper in Ughelli in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State, noting that it is not true that  Governor Sheriff Oborevwori is not on top of the crises in Okuama but asserted that the Governor meant well for the people of Okuama and he is working round the clock to make sure peace is restored in Okuama.

On the Repraisal attacks and razing down of Okuama community, the former Commissioner in Delta State opined that the Repraisal attacks and displacement of the people of Okuama community has been widely conditioned by many Nigerians and also the killing of the officers is regrettable but the entire people of Okuoama community will not pay for what few persons got their selves involved in.
