Okuama: Army releases Okugbaye

The Nigerian Army has freed one of the people it detained on suspicion of a murder in Okuama, Rivers State.

Pa Dennis Okugbaye, who was earlier reported to have died in military detention was released on bail & handed over to Delta Central senator Ede Dafinone.

Okugbaye, who is currently in hospital in Port Harcourt, is the second person released by the army, following the lawmaker’s intervention.
