New Minimum Wage Pegged At N794,000 By South West Members

An update from the ongoing public hearing between the government and organized Labour has been given by the South West geo-political zone.

Recalled that the hearing is currently being held in the six geo-political zones of the country.

Chairperson of the South West zone held in Lagos State Funmi Sessi made a demand of N794,000 as the new national minimum wage presented to the tripartite committee.

According to Sessi, it was unanimously agreed by members of the South West union.
