Kidnappers nabbed in Agbarho

Police command in Delta State has arrested three suspected kidnappers in Agbarho after a failed attempt to abduct their victim.

A distress call was made by the victim January 22, 2022 that led to the arrest of Godstime Rufus (22), Stanley Efeme (21) and Davidson Esiso (35).

The victim said he was kidnapped along Esiso Street Agbarho and on the process of transferring him to another vehicle; he was able to escape from his abductors.

However, the following morning, the victim spotted the boys and immediately alerted DPO of Agbarho, CSP Samuel Ogwa, who mobilised his men to where Godstime Rufus one of the suspects was arrested at Esiso Street in Agbarho.

Upon interrogation the suspect led operatives to their hideout where Stanley Efeme of NEPA line and Davidson Esiso of 25, Osah Street, Agbarho were later arrested.

The Pubic Relation Officer of the command said further investigation is ongoing as the victim was able to identify the three suspects.
