Dowen College: Mrs. Oromoni Dies of Heart Attack 3 Years After Son’s Death

Tragedy has once again struck the families of the Oromonis three years after losing their son, Sylvester Oromoni, a student at Dowen College, Lagos State.

A family source disclosed that Rosemary Oromoni, mother of the late Sylvester, succumbed to death in late November after suffering from blood pressure-related issues.

It was recalled that Sylvester, who died in 2021, was initially believed to have died from chemical intoxication, according to investigations, but a second autopsy ruled that the young boy had an ankle injury and blamed the parents and medical staff for negligence while exonerating the school.

The death of 12-year-old Master Oromoni left a big void in the family, with the court clearing Dowen College of any wrongdoing.
