Court Grant Cubana Chief Priest Bail of N10m

Pascal Okechukwu has been granted bail of N10 million by the Federal High Court after pleading not guilty to the three count charges.

The Court granted him bail Cubana chief priest bail and two sureties in like sum.

Recalled that Cubana Chief Priest had earlier pleaded not guilty before Justice Kehinde Ogundare on the charges of tampering and abusing the Nigeria currency.

Cubana Chief Priest was slammed with a three-count charge by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for allegedly spraying and tampering with the naira.

Which EFCC said was against Nigerian law, adding that on February 13, 2024, at Eko Hotel, Cubana was seen tampering with and spraying N500 Nigerian notes for two hours.
