APC National Chair Woos Gov Yusuf Of Kano To Join Ruling Party

Former Governor of Kano State and current National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Abdullahi Ganduje, has asked to forgo his activities at the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, and join the ruling APC.

Ganduje told reporters after a meeting that the doors of APC are wide open to welcome Governor Yusuf and others willing to join their sailing boat.

He also told party members who are aggrieved with the judgment of the Supreme Court to embrace peace and be a true democrat giving thanks to God.

In his words, Ganduje said, “We are appealing to those who want to join APC to come.

“In particular, we are inviting the Governor of Kano and his NNPP to join APC.”

Recall that the Supreme Court affirmed Yusuf Governor of Kano State a week ago.

The plea of the APC National Chairman comes a few days following the arrest of an APC chieftain in Kano State who blamed President Tinubu for losing the state to another party and vowed to make the state ungovernable for Yusuf.
