Amaechi Muonagor Sick, Cry For Financial Assistance

Veteran Nollywood actor, Amaechi Muonagor is reportedly down with a stroke.

The 61-year-old Anambra state-born actor was calling for help financial help in a video after being struck by the illness while on set with other actors.

Amaechi told journalists who visited him at the hospital where he was admitted that doctors said he had a stroke.

“It is true, the incident happened while I was about to exit the set where I went for acting, the illness struck, I was rushed to the first hospital in Nnewi, Anambra State, I spent two months and was not feeling okay, then I was referred to Teaching Hospital here in Nnewi and here I’m.”

Speaking further Amaechi said he said on a movie production with his colleagues, Emeka Ani, Rita Edochie, Patience Ozokwor, Ebele Okaro, and others when he was attacked.

The actor who hailed from Idemili in Anambra State, has been featured in many movies that brought smiles to the faces of Nigerians.

He was nominated in 2017 for AMVCA Best Actor in a Comedy.
