Why We Arrest Bobrisky, Nigeria Immigration

In an attempt to escape Nigeria through one of its borders, immigration officers intercepted the controversial cross-dresser Idris Okuneye at the Seme border on Monday.

A statement released by the Nigeria Immigration Service confirming Bobrisky’s arrest says he was a person of public interest in an ongoing probe.

The statement was signed by the Service Public Relations Officer, Mr Kenneth Udo, on Monday evening.

Bobrisky’s issues started in April 2024 following his prison sentence over naira abuse and alleging he did not stay inside the facility from audio leaked by Martin Otse, VDM.
