Train crush truck in Kano

A number of passengers are feared dead from an accident that occured in Obasanjo Road in Kano State about 11:30 on Sunday, when a train in motion crushed a Dangote cement truck and  a tricycle.

According to eye witnesses, the driver of the truck was moving to the rail line and efforts to flag the trailer down proved abortive.

As the driver crossed the rail line the train hit the truck and tricycle simultaneously.

Meanwhile, the passengers in the tricycle were rushed to the hospital in an unconscious state.
