They Need Eyeglasses to See My Work – Tinubu to Critics

President Bola Tinubu has blasted Nigerians who always condemn his administration and see nothing good in it, despite the growth and changes visibly made across the country.

Making the remark on Thursday in the State House, Abuja, Tinubu said those who don’t see anything good in his administration will be offered free glasses to see clearly.

“The truth is I took over from myself. The late Buhari is me; he was a partner. If I took over from him, is that not from myself?

“If something is wrong, live with it, correct it, and then move on. The live voyage is not going to be easy, and so many of you traveling with me, I can only stand by you and say you will not regret it. That is why I asked you to ‘Renew their hope.’

“If they don’t want to see the hope in the roads we build, the children we raise, and in the economy we are growing, we will give them eyeglasses,” he said.
