SUV Disappears From Police Headquarters

The Nigeria Police Force authorities have confirmed that one of its official vehicles was stolen from the headquarters premises in Abuja on July 28, 2025.

The embarrassing breach of security has led the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) to handle the case, as all divisional police officers, area commands, and formations across the country have been instructed to be on high alert and circulate details of the stolen vehicle.

Internal sources disclosed that the missing vehicle is a Toyota Land Cruiser with registration number NPF 5594 D, which was attached to the Department of Operations at the Force Headquarters, Louis Edet House, Abuja.

Other security operatives have been urged to report any information that could lead to the recovery of the vehicle that disappeared from the NPF official parking lot.
