Students Loan Portal Open May 24, NELFUND

The official date for the opening of the Student Loan Application has been updated as May 24, 2024, says the Managing Director, Mr Akintunde Sawyer of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund.

Speaking about it on Thursday night in a statement, Nasir Ayitogo media lead of the Fund, revealed that the portal is user-friendly and students can easily submit their loan applications on the portal.

The student loan bill was signed and amended in Apri which will be funded by different sectors of the economy.

NELFUND was then created to handle all the loan requests, grants, disbursement, and recovery of the loans provided.
