Sinach’s “Waymaker” wins GMA’s Song of the Year

‘Waymaker’, a song by Osinachi Joseph, a Nigerian gospel songstress better known as Sinach, has been named the ‘Song of the Year’ at the 2020 Gospel Music Association (GMA) Dove Awards.

GMA, which celebrates outstanding achievements in the Christian music industry, recently released the list of artistes who won in different categories of the 51st edition of its annual award event.

Sinach toppled 12 other entries from global gospel singers to win the ‘Song of the Year’ prize.
