A recent video of Baltasar Engonga, who served as the Director General of the National Financial Investigation Agency in Equatorial Guinea, went viral after his office and house were searched during an investigation against him, and over 400 sex tapes were found where he had sexescapadess with various women, including his brother’s wives.

The behavior of the 54 year old who made several video CDs of his sexual relationship with these women, was seen at his office by the ANIF officials.

Going by the viral spread of the information on social media, the Government of the Nation has ordered the telecommunication operators in the country to restrict citizens from downloading and sharing multimedia files on WhatsApp using mobile data.

The government said it was to curtail inappropriate content being shared online; the move has kept citizens worried as audio, files, or videos cannot be shared unless it’s with a WiFi network.
