The homecoming of embattled Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, representing the people of Kogi Central, has been fulfilled in the state after a curfew was imposed by the chairman of Okehi LGA, warning police to adhere to the order.
The senator was welcomed by a mammoth crowd as she landed with a helicopter in Okehi, with supporters from the other five LGAs.
Addressing her people, Natasha made it clear that it is the freedom of every Nigerian to move freely and celebrate Sallah with her constituents, so she wasn’t breaking any law.
Earlier, the senator had accused the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, and former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, of being the masterminds behind the curfew imposition days before her homecoming.
