Police Arrest Men Trying To Smuggle Drugs To Their Friend In SCID, Kaduna

Three suspects in the persons of 38-year-old, John Solomon, Kunle Oluwale, 45 years, and James Daniel Baba 45 years have all been arrested by the Kaduna State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID for intending to send hard drugs through a loaf of bread to another suspect in police custody.

Mansir Hassan, the spokesperson of the command, made this known on Sunday that the three men were residents of Sabon Wuse, Abuja, who were arrested at the charge room of the SCID in  Kaduna State.

The suspects who were found with some amount of hard drugs and a handset were trying to persuade the Charge Room Officer (CRO) to deliver the bread to one Gideon Amao who is currently under investigation for a crime committed.

The three suspects are now with the SCID with their exhibit as evidence while the investigation is ongoing.
