…Calls for a Good Working Relationship Between the 3 Tires of Government

 

The Delta Sate Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, has called for a continued robust relationship between the Executive, Legislative and the Judicial arm of government to foster good governance in the state.

Oborevwori who made the call during the 2nd Anniversary Thanksgiving Service of the 8th Assembly at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Asaba the state capital, said the mile stone has shown the role the legislature has played in shaping the journey of the state as he commends their proper representation for the past two years.

He hinted that the state has witnessed growth, resilience and transformation following the wisdom, oversight and representation by the the legislators which according to him has strengthened the state in all spheres including, improving education, security, healthcare, infrastructure, agriculture, and youth empowerment as they worked tirelessly through bills and motions.

The Speaker of the House, Emomotimi Guwor, in his remark, on behalf of the 29 House Members, thanked the governor and the people of the state for their continued support giving a breakdown of the number of bills accented to for the past years in view.
