Let’s Work To Bring Down Terrorism, Tinubu Tells Bassirou On First Visit To Nigeria

On Thursday the youngest African president, Faye Bassirou of Senegal arrived at the presidential Villa in FCT Abuja to meet with President Bola Tinubu.
Faye is visiting Nigeria for the first time since his emerging President and with excitement beaming, the administration of President Tinubu believes the aspirations of youths in Africa will be met with this remarkable move.
Welcoming the 44-year-old, President Tinubu urged him on the need for West African nations to fight terrorism, human trafficking, poverty and its causes that is one way the region can be united.
Adding further, Tinubu said Senegal has proved to the world and Africa to see constitutional democracy. While standing on the long relationship between both nations, Tinubu said they must work hard to see a sustainable democratic system.
Faye was also urged by the Chairman of ECOWAS to persuade the other brothers who left the bloc to return to boost the economy of the region.
