Lady Connived With Robbers To Steal From Boyfriend

The State Command of Delta has arrested one Jessica Anthony, who connived with armed robbers to steal from her boyfriend the sum of 7 million naira to pay her sick sister’s hospital bills.

24-year-old Jessica was busted when the robbers she contacted for the job—one of them knew the boyfriend but just played along with the plan—until she was arrested.

This information was disclosed by the Delta State Police spokesperson, SP Bright Edafe, on X while interviewing the suspect.

When asked why she wanted her boyfriend robbed, Jessica replied, “because I needed money for my sister’s hospital bills of N7 million. I wanted them to steal his gold.”
