INEC Trash Akpoti-Uduaghan’s Recall Petition

The petition filed by the National Assembly to recall embattled Kogi Central Senator, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, has been trashed by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

In a statement released on INEC’s website on Thursday, it revealed that section 69 of the 1999 constitution was not met by the petitioners.
