Has Naira Marley Stopped Smoking? Okowa’s Aide Asks NDLEA

The aide to former governor Ifeanyi Okowa, Mr. Ossai Ovie Success, has said legal actions will be taken against the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency if singer Afeez Fashola aka Naira Marley is seen smoking again.

On Thursday Naira Marley visited the agency to give his support for the war against drug abuse among youth, teenagers, followers and Marlians.

The singer said he keyed into the campaign to stop drugs on the street when he visited the Executive Chairman, Brigadier General Buba Marwa, retd. at the headquarters in Abuja.

Seeing the choice of NDLEA in the person of Naira Marley has sparked different reactions from people.

In a post on Facebook, Ovie Success said he was wondering if the music star had stopped smoking before making this declaration.

He said, “I will sue NDLEA if I see Nairamarley smoking on his music video or ground and if any of the artistes signed to his record label are seen smoking.

“I am watching him carefully because i am happy with this campaign.”
