Former Konga CEO Commits Suicide

Nigeria business world was struck by the sad event of the Chief Executive Officer of D.light Solar Energy Solutions, Nick Imudia, who died by suicide in his Lagos apartment.

Imudia a former CEO of Nigeria’s e-commerce giants, Konga, jumped from the balcony of his Lekki apartment to end what is yet to be unravelled.

Originally from Ika South LGA, Delta State, 54-year-old Imudia was previously married to the mother of his youngest daughter, who was also from Ika before the marriage hit the rocks.

Family, friends and associates are still in shock wondering what would have prompted the lively Imudia to kill himself on Tuesday, June 25th while the investigation is ongoing.

It was alleged that before jumping off the balcony, he called his brother based in the United States, and gave him instructions on how to distribute his wealth should anything happen to him.

Also, to his youngest daughter, he would always be there for her, all she needed to do was look into the sky.
