Post created on 12:55 pm

Students intending to transfer to new private or government schools while in Senior Secondary 3 can no longer do so following the ban placed by the Federal Government to curb examination malpractices.
The announcement was made on Sunday in a directive signed by the Federal Ministry of Education Director of Press and Public Relations, Folasade Boriowo.
The directive ordered that from the 2026/2027 academic year, the integrity and credibility of the Nigerian education system will not be taken lightly, as the increasing incidence of examination malpractice, including the use of special centers during external examinations, will be totally eradicated.
Therefore, those students who plan to transfer to other schools can only do so in SS1 and SS2 classes, as permission will not be granted under any circumstances in SS3.
