The controversies that trailed the Abuja Chinese supermarket which led to the sealing of the store have been resolved after the owner Liu Bei appeared before the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.

Nigerian’s outrage was all over social media after a customer revealed on Sunday that a Chinese supermarket refused her or any other Nigerian entry except Chinese nationals.

Following the cry, the FCCPC sealed the supermarket on Monday and sent a sanction notice to the store owner.

The shop owner in a statement said the shop attends to all nationals including Nigerians unlike the false information given out.

However, information from the estate assistant manager, Sanusi Shaibu, said the issue has been resolved and the store reopened by the FCCPC.
