Enugu LG Chairman Appoints Yam and Pepper Assistant

Controversies trail the appointment of Nwodo Everestus Ugonna and Ezeugwu Frederick Ogbonna, both from Igbo Etiti Local Government Area, Ogbede, Enugu State, after their different portfolios were released by the LGA Chairman as garden egg and yam assistants.

Hon. Dr. Eric Ogbonna Odo appointed Ugonna as Senior Special Adviser to the chairman on Garden Egg and Pepper, while Ogbonna was appointed as an assistant on Yam and Pepper and is required to report to the LGA.

However, the letter states that the appointment is on a temporary basis by the executive chairman of agriculture.
