Dusk to Dawn curfew in Ethiope-East

The Chairman of Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State, Hon. Nelson Owoso has called on communities of Okuno, Irhodo Edeje and other neighboring villages to remain calm at the imposition of a dusk to dawn curfew as it is meant to foster peace.

Hon Nelson Owoso made this known on an interview with Crown FM in Ogharefe in Ethiope West Local Government Area of the State, saying the State Government is seeking a lasting solution to end the hostility among the communities.

On the roles played by community elders and leaders at the wake of the crisis, the Ethiope West Council Boss says the efforts by His Royal Majesty King Obukowo, Monday Wyski, other notable elders and leaders must be commended. He also thanked the Security Operatives and the State Governor for their rapid response to the Local Government Area.
