Court Discharge Miyetti Allah President Over Alledged Terrorism

The terrorism charges filed by the Attorney General of the Federation, against President of Miyetti Allah Kautal Kore, Bello Bodejo have been withdrawn.

At the hearing today Wednesday, counsel to the AGF, Aderonke Imana told the court that an oral application has been made withdrawing the three-count charges against Badejo in the interest of Justice.

In line with the withdrawal of the petition, Justice Inyang Ekwo discharged Badejo of the terrorism charges against him.

A few months back, the President of the Miyetti Allah, was arrested by security agencies over an allegation of giving arms to a group of security forces he created.
