Coming Soon: Anikilapo, Oloture To Air As Series On Netflix

EbonyLife Studios has announced the return of Oloture a film on human trafficking to be aired on Netflix as a series.

The story is about a journalist who was uncovering the lifestyle of streetwalkers trafficked through the Benin border.

The journey of the young journalist will take her through the hostile lands of Niger, Libya, and the Mediterranean, as she seeks a way out.

According to Premium Times, Kenneth Gyang returns in his role as the director, with the old cast featuring Sharon Ooja, Omoni Oboli, Beverly Osu, Ikechukwu Onunaku, Stan Nze, Amarachukwu Ono, Bukola Oladipupo, Daniel Etim Effiong and Patrick Doyle reprising their earlier roles.

Similarly, Anikulapo a Kunle Afolayan Yoruba epic movie returns as a four-part series and will feature actors Sola Sobowale, Kunle Remi, and Bimbo Ademoye reprising their roles, alongside Owobo Ogunde, Gabriel Afolayan, Lateef Adedimeji, Eyiyemi Afolayan, Uzee Usman, Oyinda Sanni and Taiwo Hassan.
