Christian Genocide: Tinubu Will Explain Things to Trump in Person—Bwala
Post created on 11:48 am

Everywhere one sets eyes has been ablaze with the tweet from President Donald Trump of the United States, who has vowed to instruct his army to wage war against terrorists killing Christians in Nigeria, as the government has turned a blind eye.
The warning by the US president to President Bola Tinubu has been weighed from various angles regarding the sovereignty of a nation, no genocide killing in Nigeria, etc.

Less than 48 hours after Trump’s tweet, Daniel Bwala, the Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Policy Communication, shared that in the coming days, President Tinubu and President Trump would meet to clarify the misunderstanding surrounding the alleged Christian genocide in Nigeria.
In an excerpted video Bwala shared on X on Sunday during an interview with the BBC, he said, “I believe there’s been a misunderstanding of President Donald Trump’s recent remarks.” Bwala continued, “When the leaders eventually meet, I am confident they will have the opportunity to clarify these issues. There is no genocide taking place in Nigeria; rather, the nation faces serious security challenges that have affected people across all faiths, including Christians.”
