CAC Attack: Australian Government Reacts

Wednesday has been tagged “Red Wednesday” in Nigeria by the Chairman of the Australian Committee for NATO Enlargement, Gunther Fehlinger-Jahn, after terrorists invaded the Christ Apostolic Church in Eruku town, Kwara State, on Tuesday, opening fire on worshipers.

As part of a global awareness campaign against the alleged persecution of Christians in Nigeria, Fehlinger-Jahn took to his X handle to condemn the attack, where the resident pastor and some individuals were killed while the majority of the worshipers were taken to unknown destinations.

“I got this video sent of an Islamist attack on a church in Nigeria. Today is #RedWednesday, the global awareness day against the persecution of Christians,” Gunther wrote.
