Organised labour suspends strike

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC) have suspended the nationwide strike planned to commence today Monday 28th September 2020.

This decision was reached this morning after a meeting between the Boss Mustapha led delegation and the executives of organized Labour.

The executives of organised labour last weekend payed a visit to the Speaker, house of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila who disclosed his intentions to interface with the executive for a possible amicable resolution of the demands of the labour unions.
