Post created on 4:30 pm

Over 416 persons under Boko Haram captivity in Borno State are being threatened to be sent to different locations by the terrorist group if their requests are not met by the federal government within 72 hours after asking for a particular ransom.
The terrorist group made their demand in a video, with the spokesperson, speaking in Hausa, identifying themselves as Jama’atu Ahlis-Sunna Lidwatu Wal-Jihad under Imam Abu. They told the Borno South Youth Alliance (BOSYA) and the Nigerian government, whom they described as not their government, that a large number of the captives will be killed, including women and children.
In response to the ultimatum given by the terrorists, BOSYA is calling for urgent intervention from government authorities, philanthropists, and stakeholders to secure the release of the 416 persons.
