EFCC Takes Over Malami’s Offices and Residences
Post created on 10:51 am

A few hours after former Vice President Atiku Abubakar visited the former Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, his residence was stormed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), arresting two persons.
This was contained in a statement by Malami’s Special Assistant on Media, Mohammed Bello Doka, who claimed that the witch-hunting was politically driven.
The offices and residences of Malami were taken over on Monday without any court order, as the EFCC marked them and stationed heavily armed men on the ground, despite the ongoing court case which did not give such an order.
