Opposition Leaders Came Up With Christian Genocide — Nyesom Wike

This is politics taken too far by opposition leaders. Just to destabilize the government and divide the country, they came up with the Christian genocide narrative, as 2027 clearly shows defeat for them.

The accusation against opposition parties was made by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, on Monday at Channels TV’s Politics Today program.

According to Wike, the allegation leveled against President Bola Tinubu’s administration is only drummed up by these leaders and amplified internationally by U.S. President Donald Trump, as desperation would not allow the opposition to acknowledge that their base has collapsed.

Part of what Wike said was, “In 2015 under Jonathan, people capitalized on this kind of thing to gain power.”

He added that the Christian genocide clamoring was only aimed at the 2027 election to weaken national unity.
