355 Constituents Benefit Cash Grant From Member Representing Oshimili North

Member Representing Oshimili North Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, Frank Esenwah, has empowered 355 constituents with a ₦100,000 cash grant each as part of his constituency empowerment program at Saint John Anglican Church Civil Hall in Akwukwu-Igbo, Oshimili North LGA Headquarters.

Esenwah, whose aim was to support constituents facing economic hardship to start and support small businesses, explained that the cash grant was spread across every part of Oshimili North, targeting artisans, market women, landlords’ associations, councillors, party leaders, traditional rulers, and community president generals.

He added that the ₦100,000 grant was a seed intended to yield economic growth within local communities.

The former Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, represented by Elder Moses Iduh, commended Esenwah’s generosity and commitment to his people. He praised the constituents for maintaining peace, noting that “without peace, there can be no development.”

The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Emomotimi Guwor, described Esenwah’s gesture as an example of true representation.

Former Senator Peter Nwaoboshi lauded Hon. Esenwah’s leadership, describing him as a trailblazer and a game changer who has set a new standard for constituency service. He urged supporters to back Hon. Esenwah.

Also, the Executive Chairman of Oshimili North Local Government Area, Innocent Esewezie, applauded the state government for extending developmental projects across all 25 local government areas, describing Hon. Esenwah’s empowerment as a reflection of responsive governance.
