You Have No Regard For Nigerians, VP Shetimma Slams Kemi Badenoch

Vice President Kashim Shetimma has highlighted some of the significant roles migrants, especially Nigerians, play in shaping Western society and economic growth as he slams Conservative Party leader Kemi Badenoch for disparaging her country of origin, Nigeria.
Kemi, the newly elected leader in the United Kingdom, had earlier criticized Nigerian leaders for using public funds for their own private businesses.
On Monday in Abuja, during the 10th Annual Migration Dialogue at the State House, Shetimma congratulated her but also criticized her for her actions towards her country, suggesting that she could remove “Kemi” from her name as well.
This comes after Kemi’s election in November 2024, and the Nigerian government, through the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), reached out to her, but no response was received from Badenoch’s office.
