Succés Masra Calls For Cancellation Of Chad Election

The Former Prime Minister of Chad, Succés Masra has said a petition has been filed to annul the 2024 presidential election held in the country on Sunday.

Masra who came second in the election alleged that his party members were unruly held over forged documents, preventing them from participating in the process.

According to a post shared by Masra on Facebook and X, which is translated into English “With the help of our lawyers, we have today filed a request with the Constitutional Council to reveal the truth at the ballot boxes.”

He also added videos of what transpired at the various polling stations and documents showing cheating that was involved in the process with officials.
