Transportation Hike In Akwa-Ibom Others Over New Pump Prices

Residents in various states in the country are currently lamenting over the hike in transportation following the recent increase in fuel pump prices.
Commuters in Akwa-Ibom, Kaduna, and neighboring states are not left behind as long queues are seen in petrol stations, with others shut for not having products to sell.
Reports show that PMS sold for N617 per liter is now sold for N897 per liter following the adjustment by NNPCL retail management.
On Wednesday in Akwa-Ibom, transportation for tricycles from Plaza to Four Lane, Oron Road, which was N200, now cost N500.
In Kaduna tricycles from the central market to Sabo which were N300 now cost N500 and in other places where scarcity of fuel is affecting.
