Stay In Your House If You Cannot Fight – Datti-Ahmed To Obi

Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, former VP candidate to Peter Obi, has criticized his leadership style, stating that he should fight for Nigeria or stay in his house.

Baba-Ahmed said Obi is now known for disengaging whenever there are internal party disputes, which is not healthy, as a politician must be resilient to lead both a political party and the country.

“As much as I dislike what the All Progressives Congress has done against Nigerians, someone who got the Labour Party’s ticket so easily should have stayed to fix the problems of the party, no matter how difficult they are.

“My former leader (Peter Obi) says that wherever there is a quarrel, he will walk away? So, if there is a quarrel in Nigeria, will he walk away? If you are not ready to fight, stay in your house…”
